Hokitika Club - Head Chef/Cook

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated Cook to join our Club. The right person for this role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while also delivering high quality food to our members and guests. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our Club.

Duties Include:

Prep and service for our restaurant four to five nights a week
Catering for private functions as required

Desired experience:

Competent food costing abilities
Experience in managing a small team of staff
Sound knowledge of Food Control Plans and Food Safety
